PAYMENT

Sorry for the inconvenience. We only accept Paypal at the moment.

We will send you an email confirmation once we received your payment.

Once the order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

So, please reconsider your order before placing it.

Once your order has been dispatched, shipping confirmation email will be sent.

Please keep this email as a reference.

It will contain your order tracking number and carrier information.

Orders will be shipped via DHL, S.F. Express or Hong Kong SpeedPost.

Please ensure all shipping information is correct when your checkout.

We may be required to contact you if there is any incorrect and/or missing information.

Delays may occur due to pending payment verifications or customs clearance.

We reserved the right to cancel orders if our stock ran out for whatever reason.

You may return or exchange your item within 14 days from the date you received it.

All returned merchandise must be in good condition with all tags and original packing attached.

To return or exchange your item(s), please email us stating the reason for your request.

We will review your request and will email you a Return/Exchange form once authorized.

Please ensure to include your order number and the Return/Exchange form.

Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 10 business days.

The refund will be onto your original form of payment.

We will email you once it has been processed. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

If you have requested an exchange, the shipping fee for the new order will be waived.

Please note: All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Return packages are the customer's responsibility until they are received by us.

It is recommended that you take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning your package.

Upon dispute, Kaiju Matter reserves the right to make the final decision on all returns cases.
